Our Difference

sep

MindTree Psychology is dedicated to advancing the quality of psychological services and the experience of people who access them. In the service of our clients and referrers, we provide the following benefits:

Dedicated Service

We purposefully engage fewer clients. This enables us to provide personalised care and dedicate more time to each person we see. Fewer clients means we spend more time reflecting on each case and staying current with best practice, allowing us to bring the highest quality work into every session.

Extended sessions

Because most practices schedule back-to-back appointments, typical sessions with a Psychologist are 50 minutes in length. At MindTree Psychology, clients always receive a full 60-minute session. We also recognise that some issues require more time and offer extended appointments upon request.

Get in touch
Flexible appointment times

We understand that attending appointments during regular working hours can be difficult. To ensure our services are accessible to those who need them, MindTree Psychology is open 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday), with evening and weekend appointments available for individuals and families requiring sessions outside of regular business hours.

Get in touch
No back-to-back appointments

We appreciate the value of people’s time and believe that being punctual reflects courtesy and respect for our clients. We do not schedule back-to-back appointments, so clients don’t feel rushed through their session. This also means there are no busy waiting rooms and unexpected delays when clients arrive for their appointment.

Get in touch
No waiting lists & same-day service

Long waiting periods to see a Psychologist can be detrimental to a person’s wellbeing. We ensure that clients are seen promptly and that the period of time between sessions is determined by therapeutic needs rather than Psychologists’ schedules. We also offer same-day appointments for clients who are experiencing an immediate need to see a Psychologist.
