Angela is a registered psychologist who also has qualifications in social work and counselling. She holds a PhD and Master's Degree in Clinical and Health Psychology and brings over 30 years of clinical experience to her practice with adults and adolescents. Her aim is to assist clients cope with past and current life crises, and achieve between quality of life and enhanced well-being. She has worked extensively with individuals as well as groups in varied health and mental health services, including cross-cultural settings.

Angela's main areas of expertise are in the treatment of complex trauma, psycho-oncology, and adjustment to other life-threatening illnesses. She is committed to assisting clients and their families to manage the psychological and existential challenges of the trauma or cancer experience and cope with resulting life changes. This includes treatment of coexisting issues such as depression, anxiety, and serious weight concerns, sleep issues and fatigue, as well as loss and grief.

Background Information
Alongside her commitment to best practice, Angela is a dedicated educator in Psychology and Counselling with over 15 years working as an academic and as a presented of Master-class level training in workshops, including at national and international conferences. Her research investigates trauma recovery and well-being and has been published in Clinical Psychology Review. Angela is also an approved supervisor with the Psychology Board of Australia (PsyBA) and provides supervision and training to established Clinical Psychology and Counselling practitioners, registrars, and provisional psychologists and counsellors.
