Professional Supervision
For people working in the area of mental health, supervision is crucial for professional development and personal growth. Supervision is a collaborative process between professionals, the broad aims of which include the enhancement of clinical practice, the improvement of administrative functions related to practice, and the provision of personal support to the practitioner. Supervision also ensures that Psychologists are adhering to the highest ethical standards, using up-to-date, evidence-based treatments, and managing their own wellbeing. Ultimately, supervision helps to improve the service Psychologists provide to their clients.
We offer professional supervision to Clinical Registrars and Provisional Psychologists. Our supervisors are approved by the Psychology Board of Australia in the area of Clinical Psychology and provide supervision under the following pathways:
- 4+2 internship
- Registrar program
- Higher degree program
- 5+1 internship
