Natasha Ryan | Clinical Psychologist

Natasha is a registered Clinical Psychologist, who holds a Master of Psychology (Clinical) degree from Bond University. She has a range of experience across community, private practice and hospital roles including work in the areas of persistent pain, cancer care and adjustment to illness and injury.
Natasha enjoys working with adults of all ages and her main areas of interest include anxiety and mood disorders, trauma, grief, adjustment to illness and injury as well as perfectionism and stress.
Natasha is passionate about working collaboratively with clients, supporting them to feel understood through drawing on attachment, Schema Therapy, CBT and strengths based approaches, and empowering clients toward meaningful change. She believes sometimes we need to look backward, to understand how we adapted in order to make meaningful change forward.

Natasha specialises in the assessment and treatment of a variety of psychological disorders and has experience supporting clients in the following areas:

- Coping with chronic health conditions, including persistent pain and cancer

About Natasha
Natasha completed her studies at Bond University, graduating with high distinction. She is a fellow of the Australian Psychological Society’s College of Clinical Psychologists. She has contributed to research in the area of positive psychology with a focus on self-compassion. Outside of her professional role, Natasha enjoys time in nature, whether that be with her animals, hiking, riding her horse or at the beach. She enjoys travel, adventure and quality time with her family and friends.
