Rachael is a registered Psychologist (Clinical Psychologist Registrar). Rachael holds undergraduate degrees in Psychology (with First Class Honours) and Business, and a postgraduate Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology. With experience spanning various settings—including private practice, hospitals (both inpatient and outpatient), community mental health, and government-funded organisations—Rachael has worked with clients of all ages, and with individuals, families, and couples. Rachael is also skilled in providing psychological and cognitive assessments.

Background
Outside of her professional life, Rachael cherishes time with family and friends, relaxing at the beach, sharing a delicious meal or exploring new places together. She feels most relaxed when outdoors, frequently practicing Pilates in the park or walking her dog. A podcast lover and avid reader, Rachael enjoys winding down with her Kindle before bed. Committed to “practicing what you preach,” she engages in regular self-care to maintain her well-being, recognising that it directly enhances her capacity to support others.
