Dr Erin is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She holds an undergraduate degree in Psychological Science and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, and is a STAP accredited supervisor. Erin has experience working with clients of all ages and has worked in a variety of roles in hospital, community and private settings.

Erin sees her role as supporting people to manage and overcome challenges in their life that are affecting their ability to live a full and meaningful life. Erin aims to create a compassionate, open and positive environment where clients can feel supported, valued and empowered. This includes mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression and other mood concerns, stress, grief and loss, and relationship concerns. She can also provide support to those looking to adjust to life changes or improve their overall wellbeing and mental health. Erin works with:

Background Information

Erin has over 10 years of experience in private practise in Brisbane and has recently made the move to the beautiful Gold Coast to continue this work. Erin completed her PhD in Clinical Psychology at The University of Queensland in 2017. Her research explored bullying, mental health and help seeking in children, looking at predictors over time and evaluating an intervention designed to address bullying. She has also worked at the Mater Hospital and later the Queensland Children’s Hospital in Child and Youth Mental Health with young people and their families experiencing comorbid physical and mental health issues.

About Erin

Outside of her work Erin likes to make the most of her time by spending it with loved ones, exploring, eating good food and learning new things. She is active and likes to participate in sports and activities that challenge her and help her grow. She finds physical challenges to be a great space to grow strength, resilience and confidence as well as have fun. She loves the outdoors and is happiest when active or in the sunshine so she likes to spend time whenever she can in the park, at the beach or in the mountains
