Brittany is a registered Clinical Psychologist. She holds a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology and has experience supporting people of varied ages, backgrounds, and presenting concerns. Brittany has worked in a range of settings, including disability employment, schools, outpatient care, youth mental health, and private practice.

Brittany is interested in treating trauma and mood disorders from a mind and body approach. She recognises the therapeutic benefits of practices such as Mindfulness, Emotional-Freedom Techniques, Somatic Experiencing, breathwork and yoga. She is particularly interested in a holistic approach to psychology and understanding how factors such as nervous system dysregulation, nutrition, lifestyle, movement, social, environmental, physical, and spiritual health impact how people feel, think and behave.
